1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Pleasura.ch online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. We accept all common payment methods.

4. Delivery

All orders are delivered discreetly in plain packaging with no indication of the sender. Delivery within Switzerland takes 2–5 business days.

5. Returns and withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, provided the goods are unopened and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened products are excluded from the right of return.

6. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
